He is specialised in Counselling Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Hypnotism and Learning and Development.

He is a Postgraduate in Psychology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Public Administration and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Dharmaram Vidhya Khestram from Bengaluru and a Diploma in Training and Development from the prestigious, Indian Society for Training and Development. He also holds a Certificate in Applied Counselling Skills. He is a Certified Instructional Designer and a Certified PoSH Trainer.

He is a Life Member of Indian Society for Training and Development and Member of South Asian Association for Transactional Analysts.

He has been adjudged as the outstanding National Trainer of Junior Chamber International India in 2020 and outstating JCI Senator of Junior Chamber International India in 2022.

He is also associated with Microsoft in Education Worldwide and participated in The Global Education Exchange in the year 2018 in Singapore and won Second Runner Up Award for Algorithmic Thinking for his mentored International Team.

Chandrachoodeshwaran is a recipient of the prestigious Times Edu Ex Award 2024 by the Times of India (World’s Largest English Daily) for his outstanding contributions in the field of Education at Tamil Nadu State level.

As an educationist he had interacted with the Honourable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi in Pariksha Pe Charcha in the year 2022.

He is an affiliate of JCI Hosur Lake City and alumnus of Rotaract Club of Hosur and Hosur Mid Town.

He has trained thousands of people for self-improvement and addressed various forums and he is a counsellor of highest repute in Hosur.

Chandrachoodeshwaran was mentored in Counselling by Dr Suriyaprakash, the then President of International Association for Transactional Analysts and Jesuit Fathers.

He is an empanelled Assessor for National Accreditation Board for Education and Training a constituent body of Quality Council of India (QCI).
